- Support. A small towel rolled up or even your sweater or jacket can give your lower back just enough support to make it more manageable.
- Breaks. Walk around a little even if it means pulling over for a brief moment or people looking at you funny because you keep walking up and down the aisle.
- Extend. Once you stand up, do small backbends or extensions to undo what the seat has done to your body and promote movement through your stiff joints.
- Move. Plan a workout, stretching or even a small walk once you get to your final destination.
