“I started seeing Dr Gianna last winter for help with some recurring running and cycling injuries. I really appreciate the hands-on approach and the personal interaction. I’ve tried more traditional PT practices before and this is much better! Dr Gianna introduced me to a triathlon coach and worked with the fitter at Sourland Cycles to make sure my workouts are not contributing to chronic overuse injuries. The exercises I’ve been given are increasing strength and range of motion and I have a goal this year of completing two sprint triathlons without injury.”
