I hurt my foot on the baseball field in the fall of 2021. It hurt so bad that I couldn’t run, jump, or kick. I came to see Dr. Laura in November. She taught me exercises to make my foot feel better. We played games at Fluid Physio to strengthen my foot. I even made an obstacle course! In less than 3 months my foot felt better. I can run, jump, and kick like new. Just in time for soccer season! Working with Dr. Laura made me feel strong and a whole lot better.
